Exercise

exercise plays an important and vital role in controlling your blood sugar levels and it is a thing that should not be ignored or skipped even by mistake there has to be a schedule that needs to be fixed by try and error method here is what I have been following from past few years.

Daily schedule
Time Activity Description
05:00 wake up and get ready
5:15-6:30 start jogging/exercise light exercise is necessary at least for 45 minutes
6:30-7:00 bathing/getting ready
7:00-8:30 breakfast best options for breakfast are bread/toast
9:00-17:00 college timings  you might have office or if you are a student then college timing have a mini beat of 15 minutes in the gap of every2 hours and eat something like biscuits/fruits drink water every 1 hour
Rest for 1/2 an hour or an hour
19:00 jogging/walking/exercise again walk/exercise for at least 45 minutes

There are much more exercises that can be followed which include jogging as already mentioned among which yoga is very famous asanas like Kapal bhati, mandukasan, Surya Namaskar, ustrasan and much more out of which the most recommended is mandukasan which is said to help in increasing the production of insulin in the body, I would also strongly recommend the same
you can make some changes in the schedule and make it more apt for yourself you can download the file from here.

Mandukasan (Yoga)
mandukasan is  strongly recommended yoga posture for type one as well as type two diabetics it is said to increase the production of insulin in the body and regulates a proper blood circulation, believed to increase digestion and has tons of other benefits here is Baba Ramdev teaching you how to perform mandukasan

make sure you don't get yourself in the state of Hypoglycemia
Modern Exercise

it's always good to exercise either in a gym or in your own home as it helps you control your blood sugar in a very positive way and the plus benefit that you gain from it is, you get to get in good shape so here I provide you with some of the easy exercises, I request all you not to get more excited and do more exercise just start with small exercise if it's your first time.
Beginners
the picture contains some graphical steps to perform few exercises just follow the simple steps, make a proper schedule for exercise and make a practice to exercise every day as it is very important part of your life now, take an important note of the following points
  1. at the beginning do not pick heavy exercises and avoid getting into Hypoglycemia
  2. do not exercise for hours until you get habituated to it, at first exercise for 30 mins and later on just add 15 minutes each time, follow the recursive progression, it will not only control your blood sugar but also get you in great shape
complete body exercise

while I recommend every person to exercise or at least walk for few hours every day (our body was designed to work not to sit and work for hours together) I would love to share more information on what kind of exercise would be done if you ever plan to hit the gym
