Actually, its impossible to predict whether a person is about to be a diabetic or not but it's always possible to track and stop yourself from turning one, here we have states few points that can be done to prevent yourself from falling into the trap of diabetes.
One, whether you are a diabetic or not just run and exercise, it's good for health our body is not meant to sit in a place for longer durations, I mean just observe your body more the longest bone in your body is the thigh bone which means that our body is meant to walk run and do lots of physical work so don't hesitate to do it if you get a chance just grab it, you can create many excuses not to do physical work but one good reason to exercise is because your body is made for it
Two, so I assume you are a fit person and you don't have any restrictions on what kind of food you eat, so as a good practice give your digestive system some space and have light food once a month by this I mean just eat fibrous food, food that contains less of all fats and ingredients which are hard to digest just go easy on your digestive system at least for a day
Three, drink lots and lots of water, keep yourself hydrated no matter how busy you are, I have seen many people who ignore to drink water of just feeling lazy to go up to the fridge and get some water for yourself just remember dehydration is a very dangerous, there are serious implication of drinking less water which includes damaging your kidney, harsh skin, not able to sweat even if the temperature is high which eventually lead to hyperthermia
