many of us know that there are different types of diabetes that people are affected with so for general understanding we classify it into two categories (though there are more than 5 types actually classified) which are
type 1 which is also known as the diabetes mellitus which is the inability of our body to produce no or less insulin which is secreted by beta cells of our pancreas, while many doctors and scientists just misinterpret it as the deficiency of our body/ pancreas that we cant create insulin naturally, mind you it is in no way a deficiency it is the inability of our pancreas and there is a huge difference, deficiency can be cured where as there is no solution to repair the inability of an organ it has to be either replaced or which actually looks something like this

now diabetes mellitus is a condition when our body either secrets less insulin or stops the production itself, there are numerous reason for this which I guess I have already stated in my earlier article here, you can get full on information here or you can just follow me on Quora, I almost response quickly to such messages, now lets talk about diabetes type 2
Type 2
generally diabetes mellitus type 2 is defined as the resistance to insulin hormone, in short, it means that the production of insulin is ample/ normal in your body but due to some reasons the body has developed a resistance for insulin and hence it becomes difficult for your body to reduce the blood sugar levels,
while many doctors suggest diet and lifestyle changes as a long-term therapy like LCHF, and there is a huge confusion in India about what can we eat and what's available that can be consumed by us so as to control our blood sugar levels? I'll just try to solve all such issues, just stay along with us here :)
The other types....
there are more types which are type 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, type 4 and 5, but we generally don't here about the other types because they often have complicated explanations and most importantly their medication ain't any different, its just either metformin which is in case of non insulin dependent diabetes, and other inject able form of insulin in case of insulin dependent diabetes generally in type 1, and type 3c
Type 3
Type 3 diabetes is a title that has been proposed for Alzheimer's disease which results from resistance to insulin in the brain, there are more types introduced in this category though they are not interrelated to each other, but for some or the other reasons they have been placed in this class.

Type 4
Salk scientists use this to describe age-related insulin resistance that occurs in lean, elderly people. While type 1 diabetes is a result of the immune system destroying insulin-producing cells and type 2 diabetes is caused by diet and obesity, type 4 diabetes is associated with older age, rather than weight gain. Type 3 diabetes is suggested for a type of insulin resistance that results in symptoms mimicking Alzheimer’s disease
